I like the way you have framed the first one by using the branches of the trees.

This is quite a diverse set of images. One thing you may wish to consider is whether people might be more inclined to offer comment if they were not faced with such a large and diverse set. Maybe if there just one or two images and you were asking specific questions, then people would feel more able to comment. For example, you might want to invite comments about composition, or exposure or some other aspect of the content or the process of creating the image.

By the way, I like your B & W conversion on the last one. That's a subject made for a B & W image.
