Nice shot James, you look to be getting a handle on these birds lately. Might move the name down and to the right as it is rather distracting. Also I might adjust the WB and clipping points some.

Yes a good photo indeed.
My first though was that it might be a bit on the dark side; but that water splash is almost pure white so any extra adjustment would have to be very little.
