These riverside places in Germany and Austria always look so inviting to me. I really must visit them. Nice B&W shot, and a good composition. Were you on holiday in Austria?

You are right about the inviting topography Rob.
Hallstatt is a world heritage site on the banks of Hallstattersee, not far from Salzburg. There is an excellent cable car to the mountain tops with glorious views over the Dachstein range, and an ice cave half way up.
Yes, I was on holiday, and have been on several occasions, always stopping at the White Horse Inn on Lake Wolfgang.
