Re: Battling Bison, confused elk and a grouse attack
Hi, Dave
LOL! I like this series. They speak of the headiness of Spring. Grouse can be brazen and bold. I have one that plays chicken with my car as I drive up the dirt road home. The elk remind me of the "push me-pull you" in Dr. Doolittle. It is nice to see buffalo up close.
Since these are candids, I would only suggest that you use a consistent signature for all three and maybe not white? Imho, it was a bit of a detractant. To make it easier for you, maybe create a Signature Brush?

I usually use lightroom 3 and that is the middle picture but for some odd reason it did not work in pics 1 and 3 not sure why. So used picasa there. If anyone knows why LR3 didn;t work please let me know.

Love these photos and I think I envy you your volunteer job (what exactly do you do?). The bison compound in Riding Mountain National Park is one of my favorite spots in Manitoba.
