Popped out to one of my favourite spots tonight (ok, ok, so I was hiding from the kids, but I used the time well!), and discovered that someone had started to build a teepee there, and that these nice folks were adding to it -- so I offered to take their photo while I waited for the light to fade for my "real shots". Luckily I'd brought 2 heavy bags of equipment with me (including a full lighting kit) (and I still have the aching arms to prove it -- had to lug each of them several hundred metres over small boulders) -- I'm definitely getting too old for this!

I think they will very excited to see them. #2 is my favorite, just fantastic. #1 I think is nice but the lighting looks to have failed to reach dad at the same level as the rest. Still, nicely done.

Yeah - I had 4 flashes with me, but I'd only setup 1 pair into the umbrella - and as I was trying to maximise the DoF I had the lens stopped down - so the flashes were working at full power and I still had to have the close - and when you have them close the light falls off more quickly ...
