The others in the earlier thread were also all taken with the 70-200. That knowledge hopefully helps some people who may be just starting out, to see that landscapes are not just all about a wide-angle lens. You'll find lots of opinion that says you need a wide angle lens to do landscape. No you don't. It offers additional options, but you can survive without one.
