Great picture! That boy certainly will ask you a copy of it.
By the way, how do you call this game in English?
Has anyone else noticed that the boys are concentrating on the other team, while the girl(s) are looking where they're going
impressive the tension on the rope in contrast to the fragility of children's arms (the force of gravity is altered) ... great intensity indeed. Congrats, Jiro!
I like!
As everyone has said; great pic and expressions. Not so sure about the sky though. Is there a hallo around the heads where the sky is the background?
Hello, Mark. Those are not halos. When you apply the black and white conversion and use a post-processing "yellow filter" to change the color intensity on the black and white level, the impression of the halo appears. It this was a pure straight black and white conversion either by the use of de-saturating a copy of the colored layer or by using the black and white command you will not see the "halo" at all. The reason I used a yellow filter on top of the black and white converted layer is to further lighten up the face and skin tone of the kids to make them more in focus. This is where the digital darkroom further copies the process used by the film handlers doing it in the actual darkroom. Hope this helps, Mark.
