Need help please

If you use Lightroom 3, you can select all of the those 50 images (after you have fully edited them) and just "SYNC your settings" in one swift global adjustment. 50 images would probably take you just around 40 minutes considering how big your .tiff files are. I just sync'd adjusting 215 RAW files and converted them to Jpeg's with all the adjustments and it took me about 32 minutes to do it. Each file is only around 5MB each. That's how powerful Lightroom is!

That is not exactly the idea.
Let me go a little further, then.
The 50 images are to be shot in the next monthes and the photos are different from one another or at least different in groups of 3. They are different in the capture itself because the light is different, the weather is changing, the reflections are different and so on.
I am not looking for a mechanised work ( a work done basically with software) I am a little more ambitious: I am looking for exquisite work where the perspective is corrected and there is a constant among the images.
I want everything aligned, straight, clear and beautiful. Or at least as I think they are so.
I want to make images that please myself. Not serials. Not in bulk.
