Any place can be a perfect destination especially if you include the people and their festivities. This can include a bull fight in Spain, a tomato festival in Italy, or a scenic view of the Grand Canyon. My favorite place to visit is probably Toronto in summer. You get a blend of diverse cultures all in one city.
