resizing - going up this time
Has anyone ever been asked to resize a small web view size & resolution image to be suitable to try and print?
Without any chance of the original - but the subject is happy for you to use the small one...
And if per chance the answer is 'yes' - can you share your tricks?
here is an example I have been given.

Re: resizing - going up this time
Basically, Kay, start with a suitably sharpened photo and use Bicubic Interpolation settings, or something better if available.
If increasing by more than around 200% I would do it in a few stages, possibly with a little resharpening between.
I was offered one of the super resizing programmes recently and the salesman claimed that it would increase an image by 1000% in one go with no loss of quality. However, I didn't believe him so I didn't purchase it.
